The brand DEKODONIA is registered at DEKODONIA domiciled at 7 Ferrocarril Street, Castellbisbal (08755) in the province of Barcelona, with VAT number A-58025313. According to the registered data from the Mercantile Registry: Volume 37670, Folio 5, Section 8, Sheet B 24642, Entry 34 (27.07.15). Hereinafter referred to as “DEKODONIA”.
On the website www.DEKODONIA.com, there is a series of informative content about the products and activities of the company.
At DEKODONIA, we strive to ensure that the information appearing on this website is correct and up to date. DEKODONIA is not responsible for any errors or omissions that may exist on the page. DEKODONIA cannot control the user’s use of the information and therefore will not be liable for any damages, whether direct or indirect, that may arise from the use of such information.
This electronic contract is governed by Spanish law, specifically under the legal regime imposed by Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE). The electronic contract will not be archived by a third party, and the language for its conclusion is Spanish.
These General Sales Conditions can be saved and reproduced at any time by the user making a purchase through the options in their Internet browser and must be read and accepted before completing the purchase.
To access the electronic purchase of DEKODONIA products, registration as a user on the website (www.DEKODONIA.com) is not necessary, and purchases can be made without registration. Although for better order tracking and quick management, we recommend placing a registered order.
User registration is free and must be done through the “Register” tab on the website itself, as well as in the final purchase process. At the end of the registration process, you will receive an email confirming that the process has been completed correctly.
The user can access the registered user section with their username and password or the means that DEKODONIA enables to authenticate users. Under no circumstances will DEKODONIA have access to the password; it can only generate a reset for it.
The user can unsubscribe at any time by sending an email to: [email protected]. Unsubscribing as a user will result in the deletion of their personal user data.
Without prejudice to specific legislation, offers or contracting proposals via electronic means will be valid for the period set by DEKODONIA or, failing that, for as long as they remain accessible to recipients.
The Purchase Process consists of the following steps:
(i) Product selection: Browse our website and click the “Add to Cart” button each time you want to add a product to your purchase. The shopping cart contains the name of the selected product, quantity, and price in euros.
(ii) Start of the purchase process: To start the purchase process, click the “Proceed to Payment” button.
(iii) Completion of purchase data: Before selecting the payment method, you must fill in your purchase details and correct any errors in the data entry. Once you have verified your details, confirm your order.
(iv) Selection of payment method: Choose your preferred payment method, accept these Terms and Conditions by marking the corresponding checkbox, and click the “Place Order” button. At that moment, the contract will be deemed completed for all purposes.
(v) Purchase confirmation: Upon receiving your acceptance, DEKODONIA will display a confirmation on the screen, which you can save and will contain the following information:
In any case, DEKODONIA will send a purchase confirmation via email within 24 hours of receiving the purchase order.
Throughout the purchase process, you can review these General Sales Conditions and know the final price of the selected products.
Once the purchase is confirmed, the customer cannot modify or cancel the order outside the cases provided by law or these General Sales Conditions.
All prices indicated on the website are in euros and include applicable taxes and fees in the Spanish territory, notwithstanding that purchasing products from another territory may incur corresponding taxes and/or duties. DEKODONIA will withhold the final amount of the order through the user’s bank details entered on the website.
Shipping costs will be detailed at the end of the purchase process, and the user must choose the desired shipping method. These shipping costs will be entirely borne by the user.
Before accepting the price by selecting the “Place Order” option, you can know the complete final price of your order, including any applied increases or discounts, as well as transport costs, taxes, duties, or other additional services.
Product prices may vary at any time depending on DEKODONIA’s pricing policy. The purchased products will be invoiced at the prevailing price at the time of purchase.
Users can make payment for the purchased products by any of the following means:
a) By debit or credit cards issued by Spanish financial institutions.
Payment for the user’s order occurs in real time through CAIXABANK’s ADDON PAYMENTS once it has been verified that the provided data is correct.
DEKODONIA will send the purchase receipt by email to the address provided by the user. Likewise, DEKODONIA allows the user to request the invoice from the “My Orders” section in the user’s personal account section or by email to [email protected].
If an order is placed as a guest and, therefore, does not have a personal account, a new account must be created using the same email used for the order, following the steps explained above.
In the case of an order for a company or an amount exceeding €3,000, generating an invoice is mandatory.
Orders will be shipped within the following territories: Mainland Spain (including the Balearic Islands). With a forecast for expanding deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, France, Italy, Andorra, and Portugal in 2021.
Home delivery will be made from Monday to Friday. The user can specify any shipping details and the delivery method according to the options provided by DEKODONIA at any given time.
Additional charges regarding product transportation and delivery will be informed to the user during the purchase process.
The user will acquire ownership of the products once they have paid the agreed-upon price in full.
If delivery is not possible, DEKODONIA is authorized to cancel the contract due to impossibility of fulfillment, without prejudice to any claims DEKODONIA may initiate in cases of user fraud or negligence.
DEKODONIA will not be responsible for the condition in which the products are delivered to the user in case of delivery impossibility within the agreed-upon timeframe due to causes attributable to the user.
The user assumes the risk regarding the products at the time of their delivery, irrespective of when they acquire ownership of the products. Therefore, DEKODONIA will not be responsible for any theft, robbery, damage, or loss of the products that occurs after their delivery to the user.”
DEKODONIA does not guarantee the permanent availability of products and shall be exempt from any liability provided it does not arise from willful default by DEKODONIA, or from errors in the unavailability of data transfer networks beyond its control.
Additionally, DEKODONIA will be released from fulfilling its delivery obligations outlined in the previous Clause 9 and declines all responsibility in the following scenarios:
Omission or inaccuracy of information that, according to Clauses 3, 5, 6, and 7, the user must provide in the purchase order when placing the order.
In accordance with Spanish legislation, the user has the right of withdrawal, allowing them to return the received product if it does not meet their expectations.
The exercise of the right of withdrawal is reserved for users acting as consumers and/or users, in accordance with the definition provided by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, and can be exercised within a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from its receipt according to the official calendar of the place where the goods were delivered. To exercise this right, the product must be in perfect condition and retain its original packaging.
The refund of the purchase amount will be made using the same payment method used for the order, within a maximum of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date DEKODONIA receives the unequivocal withdrawal request, provided DEKODONIA manages the collection of the product. If the user returns the product through a transport company of their choice, the timeframe begins from the effective knowledge of the product’s shipment by DEKODONIA or, alternatively, upon its receipt.
Return costs resulting from exercising the right of withdrawal will be borne by DEKODONIA only when they correspond to shipments originally destined for Spanish territories.
In case the products do not arrive in perfect condition, DEKODONIA reserves the right to refund a lesser amount for the order, being entitled to any amounts that it may owe to the user due to the breach of established obligations.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must notify DEKODONIA via email at [email protected], stating their unequivocal decision to withdraw from the purchase made.
When a product is damaged during transport, it’s imperative that the user communicates this on the same day of receiving the products and notes it on the carrier’s delivery note. To handle such an incident, it can be done directly from their personal account or by emailing [email protected].
DEKODONIA will cover the shipping costs for delivering and returning the product.
If the user wishes to return the merchandise using a transport company other than the one proposed by DEKODONIA, and the user-selected transport company charges higher rates, the user will assume the difference in transportation cost.
Before opening any product, the user must verify the conformity and condition of the products, the integrity of the packaging, and ensure that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated on the transport document. Any anomalies should be immediately reported. If the user notices any anomaly before opening the product, DEKODONIA requests not to break the seal or packaging and to note ‘accept with reservation’ on the document and specify the cause.
If the user is not satisfied with the condition of the delivered products, they must contact DEKODONIA by email at [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving the order.

All our products come with a national guarantee against manufacturing defects for 2 years, unless otherwise specified.
The guarantee is explicitly excluded in the following cases:
DEKODONIA shall not be liable for total or partial non-fulfillment of obligations arising from this contract or for delays in their fulfillment if such non-compliance is due to a force majeure circumstance, including general, territorial, or sectoral strikes, flood, fire, pandemics, etc.”
In compliance with the provisions of Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 and EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, as well as the applicable regulations in force at all times, we inform you that your personal data collected through this document will be processed and incorporated into a file owned by DEKODONIA, S.L.U. in order to comply with the existing commercial relationship between you and our company.
Personal data may be disclosed to third parties without the consent of the data subject, provided that such disclosure is necessary for the development, compliance, and control of the commercial relationship, and/or is limited to the aforementioned purposes, in accordance with the current applicable regulations on the subject.
Consequently, you expressly consent to your data being processed by DEKODONIA, S.L.U. for the fulfillment of the aforementioned purposes.
Please note that you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, restriction of processing, and portability at any time at the registered office of the aforementioned merchant or by sending an email to the following address: [email protected].
DEKODONIA will retain ownership of all plans, standards, paintings, diagrams, graphic material, photographs, design samples, content, and other documents, whether in electronic format, printed, as pre-printing material, or brochures that will be delivered to the user in the context of the manufacturing of the products intended for it. DEKODONIA reserves all intellectual property rights over the documentation provided to the user.
If any of the clauses of this contract were to be null, void, illegal, or unlawful, in such a case, and in the broadest interpretative sense allowed by law:
a) Such declaration shall not invalidate the rest of the contract, which shall remain valid and effective. b) The null or voidable clause(s) shall be replaced or adjusted preferably rather than annulled.
The foregoing conditions shall be governed or interpreted in accordance with Spanish law in what is not expressly established. DEKODONIA and the user expressly agree to waive any other jurisdiction and submit any dispute that may arise from the provision of the products or services covered by these conditions to the courts corresponding to the consumer’s domicile.

These Terms of Use are governed by Spanish law. Dekodonia and the user submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona for any dispute that may arise from the provision of the services covered by these Terms of Use.”
