Return period

As a customer, you have the right to return your purchase within a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. This return can be made without the need for any justification.

How long do I have to make a return?

You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to decide whether to keep it or not. Sometimes, combining a decoration item or furniture isn’t as simple as it seems, so we offer our industry experience to advise you.

Likewise, we ask that you inspect the item as quickly as possible to ensure it has arrived in perfect condition. If not, please notify us within 48 hours so we can address the issue with the shipping agency. Our commitment is to deliver everything in perfect condition, and if something goes wrong during transport, we want to ensure we can provide a quick solution.

Is there a cost to return an item?

We won’t charge you for the return, but please note that we will only refund the item’s price, not the shipping cost. We regret this situation, but managing the shipping and return of decoration items and furniture is indeed costly, and there’s a part we cannot avoid. During free shipping promotions, the shipping cost will still be deducted from the product price in case of cancellation.

How can I process my return?

Sure about this? It’s a shame, but if it’s not what you want, it’s better to return it and find what you’re looking for. To process a return, the first and most important thing is to do it within the 14 natural days. Follow these easy steps:

Within a maximum of 2 business days, we’ll contact you to manage the return with the same shipping agency we used for delivery. If you placed the order as a guest and want to return the item, you’ll need to register your account and then follow the outlined steps.

ESSENTIAL: For us to collect the item, it must be disassembled, in its original box, and with its shipping protections.

Can I exchange the item or color?

If you’ve already received it, you’ll have to manage this return as a new purchase and a return of the item you don’t want. It’s the only way we have to control stocks correctly.

The product arrived damaged. What should I do?

Checking the item for perfect condition upon receipt is essential. If something has arrived broken or damaged due to transportation, notify us of this incident using the form. We’ll urgently handle this incident to offer you a quick solution.

The product isn’t what I expected

Firstly, consider that many of our products undergo manual creation processes, so there might be slight differences between items, making them unique. However, if the product doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days from receiving it.

The carrier hasn’t contacted me for pickup

When will I receive the refund for my order?

We operate within a 10-day period from when our warehouse verifies that the product is in good condition. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the order.

I haven’t received the refund

Typically, it takes a maximum of 15 days from when you raise the issue, we verify it, and proceed with the payment. If these 15 days have passed, contact us through the form, and we’ll thoroughly review what might have happened.ç
